The 1920 Hotel: Inspired by the forms, colours and patterns of the 1920s, the hotel creates an opulent business and leisure experience for young professionals. The main floor has collaborative spaces, individual ‘hot desk’ workspaces and in-room desks. Connecting is also a vital part of the working relationship side of business so the hotel features a prohibition-style speakeasy bar and dining space underground and a cafe on the main floor. Much like the Annex neighbourhood, this design is a blend of old and new. The 1920 hotel allows business and pleasure to be found under the same roof, pairing productive days with entertaining evenings. Reviving the roaring 20s, a century later
